Google Docs provides you with multiple layout options to change the page view, and those are as below
- Full screen
- Print layout

If you choose the Full-screen layout, you will get a closer look at the Google Docs document without the menu and toolbar.
Now, let’s discuss the quick steps to enable the Full-screen layout option.
- Open your Google Docs document.
- Click on the View menu from the toolbar and then select the Full-screen option as highlighted below.

Note: To return to normal mode, you can press the Esc or Escape keys on your keyboard.
Print layout
When you select the Print layout option, you can see the headers, footers, and margins.
Now, let’s discuss the quick steps on how to enable the Print layout option.
- Open your Google Docs document.
- Click on the View menu from the toolbar and then select the Print layout option as highlighted below.
