To use the same footnote twice in Google Docs, You just need to copy-paste the same footnote on the same or different page based on your need. Follow the below steps to copy-paste the same footnote.
- Select the word that contains the footnote or refer to the footnote.
- Then right-click –> Select Copy or select the Keyboard shortcuts CTRL + C for Windows. If you are using a Mac, you can use the Command + C to copy.

3. Right-click on the place where you want to use the footnote –> Select Paste option, or You can also select the Keyboard shortcuts CTRL + V for Windows. If you are using a Mac, you can use the Command + V to paste.
