  1. Navigate to https://docs.google.com/ and click on the + button to create a blank Google document or open your existing Google document.
  2. Click on the Insert menu, select the Drawing option, and then click New.

3. On the Drawing Window, select the text box option and draw it like a text box. Type the desired text inside the text box, click on the Border weight button, and select the desired border size, such as 3px or 4px, etc.

4. Click on the three-dot(…) as highlighted above, click on the Align dropdown, and then select the Center Align option as highlighted below.
