Make sure you are connected to the Internet
While working on your Google Docs document, make sure that you are connected to the internet. Grammarly doesn’t work properly without a proper internet connection.
Ensure Grammarly is enabled for you
Open your browser –> Navigate to Extensions or go to chrome:extensions in chrome browser –> Search for Grammarly –> Check if it is turned on for you if not, then turn on the Grammarly extension.
Reset your browser
Most of the time, a few problematic extensions that you are already using might block Grammarly. So try disabling them one by one and check if Grammarly is working fine.

Use an updated version of Grammarly
