Approach-1: Using the Superscript option

Follow the below steps.

1. Open your Google Docs document and write the word or sentence that contains the word th as shown below.

2. Select th and then click on the Format menu, then select text and choose the superscript option as shown in the screenshot below.

Approach-2: Using the Keyboard shortcut

Follow the below steps

1. Open your Google Docs document and type the number.
2. Press Ctrl + Period (.) from your keyboard.
