You’d think that creating blank lines in Google Docs would be simple. But, to tell you the truth, they are! The mechanism for doing so, however, may not be so precise.
Opening a Google doc and typing is a straightforward procedure — as soon as the page appears on the screen, the cursor blinks away, ready for your writing. However, after inputting all that content, the website may appear thick or bulky. Thus, the blank lines are solely inserted to break up the document for the reader.
In other ways, the blank lines in a paper merely give white space, allowing for more understandable bits of content rather than an endless blurb. In addition, the blank lines do not increase the size of your document when saved, but they may change the page-to-page flow.
In this article, I’ll help you to create a blank line in Google Docs. Let’s get started.
The blank line can initially be represented in two ways:
The first is the empty blank line, otherwise called whitespace, followed by the second is a line on a document that indicates where something should be written. E.g., On the blank line, sign your name.
Let us discuss how to create both types of blank lines in Google Docs.
