Step 1: Open Google Docs and sign in to your account.

Step 3: Type a clear description of what are concepts or topics you are going to cover in this course with words not exceeding more than 30 words.
Step 4:Make a list of bullet points following the statement “By the end of the course, students will be able to” for mentioning what skills or knowledge will students acquire from this course in learning outcomes.
Step 5: Then type the structure of the syllabus like the method of presentation of course material, labs, tutorials, web-based platforms with 120 characters not bold or italicized.
Step 6: Then you can type any prerequisites or any other requirements with single-spaced in regular/normal (not bold or italicized) 12-point Arial.
Step 7: Include whether the course is graded on a percentage or pass/fail basis and the kind of assignments, assessments, or exams will be required of students.
Step 8:Then you can include assessment/evaluation criteria for each assignment, the core criteria for each component, including lab, group discussion participation, or studio work/field work paragraphs. For all of these, use “Times New Roman” or ‘Arial’, and the font size should be 12.
Step 9: Insert tentative schedule of the topics to be covered on a weekly basis
Step 10: You should also include other content such as some other contents like attendance policy, communication policy, and course calendar.
