You can achieve this using Bookmarks. The steps are as follows,

Step 5: Then click on Insert -> Bookmark.

Not limited to linking a particular endpoint using bookmarks, you can also create a sharable link that goes directly to the bookmark literally from anywhere in and out of the document. It’s fairly simple and the steps are as follows,

Step 2: Open the document you are currently working with. (to which you want to add hyperlinks)
