Step 3: Select one of the existing templates.

Or, For the same step, Open any existing Google Docs document, click on the File menu –> Select New –> Choose the “From template” option, and then, select the Google Docs template you wish to use.

How to upload the template to Google Docs?

To create your Google Docs template, follow the below steps.

Step 1: You can either create a new Google Docs document or even you can open your existing Google Docs document and do the changes that you wish to do for your own template.

Step 2: On the Google Docs home screen, navigate to the top right corner of the screen and click on the template gallery and then you need to choose the template. Not getting in the Template gallery ? not to worry, click on the Choose template option from the bottom right corner of your screen.
