- Select the complete content of the table with the help of your mouse –> Drag the table to a different place based on your need.

- Click on the first cell of the table and drag it to all the cells of the table till end.

There is no direct approach or feature to rotate a table in Google Docs as of now. But there is a workaround to rotate the table in Google Docs. Follow the below steps
- Locate the existing table in your Google Docs or you can insert a new table.
- Take a screenshot of your table using a snipping tool or any other tool.

3. Right-Click and copy the image from the snipping tool and paste it on your Google Docs.
4. Select the table –> Click on the Image options –> Expand the Size & Rotation section –> Increase the Rotation degree based on your need as highlighted below.

How To Center A Table In Google Docs
Sometimes, you need to align your Google Docs table. It’s quite easy to center align your table in Google Docs using the below quick steps.
- Right – click on the table –> Select Table Properties.

Or, for the same option, Click on any cell of the table –> Click on the Format menu –> Select Table –> Click on the Table Properties option.
2. On the Table properties window, select the “Table alignment” option as “Center” and then click on the Ok button. You can also select the Left or Right option to align the table to “left” or “right“.

How To Put Tables Side By Side In Google Docs
There is no direct feature to put tables side by side in Google Docs as of now. But, it is possible with a quick workaround. Just follow the below quick instruction !!!
- Navigate to https://docs.google.com/ and click on the Blank option to create an empty document or you can open an existing Google Docs.
- Click on the Insert menu –> select Table –> Select the 2 X 1 table.

3. Now a 2X1 table will be added like below.

4. Now to add a table inside the cell, click on the Insert menu –> Select table –> select the 4 X 4 table or based on your need you can select the number of rows and columns.

5. Now the whole structure looks like below.

6. Now, Click on the other second cell of the first table (2 X 1 table that we have added on Step-2). Then click on the Insert menu –> Select table –> select the 4 X 4 table or based on your need you can select the number of rows and columns similarly, we have done on Step-4.
7. Now, the complete structure of the table will look like below.

8. Now the time to remove the first table borders. Click on the first cell or second cell of the first table (2 X 1 table) or the outer table.

9. Click on Format Menu –> Select Table –> Click on Table Properties option.

10. On the Table properties window. Change the Table border to “0 pt” and then click on the “Ok” button.

How To Make Table Fit Page In Google Docs
Well, follow the below steps to make table fit page in Google Docs.
- Navigate to https://docs.google.com/ and click on the Blank option to create an empty document.
- Click on the File menu –> Select Page setup –> Set all the margins i.e Top, Bottom, Left, Right to zero and then click on the Ok button.

3. Now, Click on the Format menu –> select the Headers & Footers option –> make 0 for inches from top and bottom both for headers and footers.

4. Click on the Format menu –> Select Line spacing –> Choose “Single”.

5. Now the time to insert the table, click on the Insert menu –> Select Table –> choose the number of columns you want based on your need. For Example, you can choose a 2 X 2 table. Click on the last cell of the table as highlighted below.

6. Keep Pressing Tab or keep pressing the ctrl + Y key from your keyboard and that will keep on adding new rows to the table. Do the same till you reach the end of the page. Now You will find the table fit the complete page.
Note: Do little adjustment by dragging each line if needed.

Split table in Google Docs
Well, it’s quite easy to split a table in Google Docs using the below quick steps.
As a first step, let’s add a table to Google Docs.
- Click on the Insert menu –> select table –> Choose 4 X 4 table.

2. Select the last two rows of the table.

3. Now, drag the selected two rows of the table towards down. Now it should look like below.

4. Now select again the two rows of the first table as explained on the Step-2. Rightclick on the selected table –> choose the Delete 2 rows option as shown below.

5. Now, we are able to split the table sucessfully and the table looks like below.
